The valley year

Four seasons, four jobs

Warm, dry summers and cool nights in winter. Each part of the year asks something different of your system.

  1. Spring

Cooling tune-up before the heat: coils, drains, refrigerant and airflow.

  2. Summer

Long, hot afternoons inland. Repairs fast, upstairs rooms balanced.

  3. Autumn

Dry wind days and the first cold mornings. Filters and a heating check.

  4. Winter

Chilly nights. Furnaces and heat pumps checked before they're needed.
